Independent Excel Care Consortium Limited (IECC Care) was founded by Gam and Lavangi in 2013. With over three decades of combined experience in Social Care, they have been instrumental since 1999 in establishing and developing numerous organisations that provide care for individuals with complex behavioural and health needs. These organisations continue to operate successfully to this day. Their extensive background, ranging from hands-on care delivery to holding senior and responsible roles within the NHS, voluntary, and private sectors — gave them the vision to establish IECC Care, which has grown to become a recognised care provider in Essex.

Throughout its journey, IECC Care has been committed to innovation and maintaining high standards of care. In its most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), IECC Care received a rating of Requires Improvement. We take this outcome with utmost seriousness and view it as an opportunity to reflect, strengthen, and enhance our services further. The organisation is working vigorously and continuously to address all identified areas, implementing robust action plans, strengthening governance, and reinforcing quality assurance systems. We are fully committed to regaining our previous ‘Good’ grading and are confident that at the next CQC inspection we will restore our former standing and achieve the high standards we proudly maintained in the past.

IECC Care staff possess the right attitudes, values, and character essential for compassionate caregiving. For our team, caring is not merely a job but a genuine passion. IECC Care operates its own Training Academy, IECC Care Academy, where teaching staff provide comprehensive training, ongoing supervision, and continuous professional development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
